How to make a return :
1. Please send returns within 14 days from date of receipt. Returns must be unworn with tags intact and will be accepted for a full refund (shipping charges are non-refundable) when accompanied by your invoice.
2.  Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.

4. Customer is responsible for shipping fees incurred in the return process. We recommend using a tracking method when shipping back merchandise as Kiki's Fashions Plus is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

5.  If item received was damaged, it can be replaced for the same exact item, if available. Please contact us before returning a damaged item.

6. Exchanges are treated as returns. To exchange your item for a different size, color, or item a new order would need to be placed through kikisfashionsplus.com. You will be charged for the new item when the order has been placed and you will receive a refund for the item you send back once we receive it.
